Data and privacy

Where the information you send goes

This page describes the site’s actual technical flow. A legal privacy notice will be prepared and reviewed separately; the explanations below do not replace it.

The form flow

  1. Your browser

You fill in the form fields. What you type stays in browser memory; it is not written to localStorage.

  2. Site server

The information is sent to a small endpoint on the same address. There the fields are validated and rate and bot checks are applied.

  3. E-mail provider

The enquiry is delivered to the company address through an e-mail provider. That provider processes the message in its own systems and may keep records.

  4. Company mailbox

The team receives the enquiry as an e-mail and replies from the same address.

What the site does not store

  • This site has no database of its own; enquiries are not kept as records on the site.
  • There are no accounts, sessions or passwords; you are never asked to sign in.
  • Your enquiry text is not written to technical logs. Logs receive only technical data such as a request identifier, the result category and the duration.
  • Form data is not passed to analytics tools or into URLs.
Stated deliberately

The absence of a database does not mean your information is never processed: the e-mail provider and the company mailbox process and may retain it. Nor do we claim that your enquiry is placed in a durable queue during an outage — there is no such queue. If a submission fails, we say so plainly.

Confidential content

The first enquiry does not ask for confidential sequences, unpublished structures or sensitive files, and the form contains no file field that would accept them. Technical detail is shared after an appropriate confidentiality process, through a route other than this form.

Third-party requests

Pages are served from our own server, and so are the fonts and the molecular structure file. Until you start the 3D demonstration your browser downloads neither the viewer library nor the structure file. When bot verification is enabled a Cloudflare Turnstile request will be added; that will be stated here.

Controller and contact

The legal name, address and contact details of the data controller are not published yet. This block will be filled with verified information from the business owner; nothing is invented.

Sections on legal basis, retention periods and data subject rights will be added after legal review. We do not publish vague legal wording in this build.

Terms used on this page

New to the field? Start here. The explanations are deliberately short.

computational
Work done on a computer. It is not an experiment; it shows which candidate is worth testing.
structure
The three-dimensional shape of a protein — a map of where each atom sits.
complex
The structure formed by two or more molecules bound together.
